This website is operated by CompletApp, a product studio run by János Kiss as a private entrepreneur (egyéni vállalkozó) registered in Hungary.
This page lists the identification details that Hungarian law (Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce) and the EU e-Commerce Directive require every online service provider to publish, so you can see exactly who stands behind this website. A private entrepreneur is the Hungarian legal form for a registered sole trader: the business is run personally by its owner, who bears full responsibility for it.

The tax number is issued by the Hungarian tax authority (NAV) and identifies the business for tax purposes. The registration number is the entry number in Hungary’s public register of private entrepreneurs, which is also maintained by NAV. Both registers are public: anyone can look up an entry free of charge and confirm that the business behind this site is real, registered, and active.

Hosting
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, United States) on the Cloudflare Workers platform.
In practice this means the site is served as a statically built set of files from Cloudflare’s global network, from a data centre close to you. When you submit a form on this site, it is processed by our own code running on the same Cloudflare platform; no separate form service receives your data. Cloudflare processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the site; the details are described in our privacy policy.
Supervisory authority
For data protection matters you may contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
The NAIH is Hungary’s data protection authority and supervises compliance with the GDPR in Hungary. Before filing a complaint, we would appreciate the chance to resolve the issue directly: write to info@completapp.com and we will look into it.
Consumer dispute resolution
Conciliation boards are independent bodies attached to the county chambers of commerce that offer consumers an out-of-court way to settle disputes with businesses.
If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint directly, you may turn to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) attached to the county chamber of commerce where we are seated: the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Conciliation Board. The procedure is free for consumers.
