Terms of Service

Overview
These terms cover the services provided by CompletApp, operated by János Kiss. Our services include custom mobile and web application development, custom website development, FlutterFlow templates, and ongoing maintenance.
For custom work, the written quote and project agreement describe the specifics of your project: the scope, the milestones, the timeline, and the price. These terms provide the general frame; where the project agreement says something more specific, the project agreement applies. By commissioning work from us or purchasing a template, you accept these terms.
Quotes and payment
Fees depend on the specific project, as each has unique requirements. We agree a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing before any work begins, so you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs. Because the price is fixed against a defined scope, it does not change unless the scope does, and any scope change is agreed in writing first.
Payment is milestone-based. The project is split into agreed stages, each with its own deliverables, and you pay in stages as the project progresses. The exact milestone schedule is agreed per project in the written quote.
Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions as long as they relate to the features agreed at the start of the project. If a screen does not look right or a flow does not feel right, we keep refining it until it does. New features outside the agreed scope are quoted separately as a written addition, so the price stays predictable and nothing becomes billable without your explicit approval.
Templates
Templates and digital products are non-refundable, because access cannot be withdrawn once it has been granted; this is the standard practice for digital goods. Please review each template description carefully before purchase, and if you are unsure whether a template fits your project, ask us at info@completapp.com before buying. If something in a template does not work as described, write to us and we will look into it.
First milestone guarantee
For custom development, the first milestone doubles as a low-risk trial of working with us. Not happy after milestone one? Walk away, owe nothing: no penalty, no obligation to make any further payment, and no drawn-out exit process. We offer this because we would rather earn your trust with delivered work than lock you in with a contract.
Intellectual property
Upon completion of the project and full payment, all rights to the application and its code are transferred to you. You own 100% of the code and deliverables, including the source code and the design assets and documentation produced for the project. Until full payment is made, the work remains ours. Third-party and open-source components used in the project remain under their own licences; we choose components whose licences are compatible with your commercial use.
Your responsibilities
A fixed-scope, milestone-based project moves at the pace of its feedback loop, so we ask for a few things from your side. To keep the project moving you agree to provide timely feedback on milestone deliveries, supply the design assets and content we need, manage any third-party accounts or database support required (such as app store accounts, domains, or API access), and report bugs during the testing phase. If input from your side is delayed, the timeline may shift accordingly.
Support and liability
Bug fixes after launch are included at no additional cost as committed in your agreement. The duration and extent of post-launch support are agreed per project in the written quote, so both sides know what is covered before the project starts.
Beyond this commitment, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Confidentiality
We do not share your project details without your permission. That covers your business plans, product ideas, unreleased features, credentials, and any material you share with us during the project, both while we work together and after the project ends. Using your project in our portfolio, case studies, or articles requires your consent, and you can tell us exactly what may and may not be shown.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement under specific conditions, such as payment issues, feasibility concerns, or dissatisfaction, as set out in the project agreement. Because delivery is milestone-based, ending an engagement is clean: work is settled per milestone rather than through a complicated accounting of hours. The practical details, including notice and the handover of work, are set out in the project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts. Before anything gets formal, we will always try to resolve a disagreement directly: in our experience a straightforward conversation settles almost every issue faster than any procedure.
