An AI copy tool that turns a product link into a sales-ready page in minutes: built as Copywise, live today as Persuva.ai.
1 / 2
Project Overview
Copywise started with one sharp promise for dropshippers: paste an AliExpress or Shopify product link and get a conversion-ready page back. We helped build it as an AI copy generator that produces product pages, landing pages, and advertorials in under five minutes, each one tuned for conversion rate and average order value.
The audience made the brief unforgiving. Dropshippers test many products fast, and writing persuasive copy for every test is the bottleneck that kills momentum. The tool had to remove that bottleneck without producing generic filler, so every generation flow asks for the product, the audience, and the awareness stage before it writes a word.
The product launched on AppSumo under the Copywise name, found its traction there, and later niched down and rebranded as Persuva.ai, the name it carries today.
Key Features
Instant product page generation from an AliExpress or Shopify URL.
Landing page themes built to lift conversions and average order value.
An AI landing page generator paired with advertorials, headlines, and ad copy.
Audience and awareness-stage targeting, so the copy matches how warm the buyer is.
A workspace to preview, edit, store, and swap multiple copy types.
Clean, conversion-first UI designed for fast execution under pressure.
Tech Stack & Integrations
Bubble: the platform of the first MVP, chosen to validate the idea at maximum speed.
Webflow with a custom frontend: the platform the product migrated to as it matured.
Supabase: the backend behind accounts and stored content.
OpenAI: the engine of the copy generation itself.
Figma: design and prototyping for the conversion-focused UI.
Challenges & Solutions
The hardest UX problem was volume without overwhelm. One user session can produce product descriptions, advertorials, headlines, and CTAs at once, and an ad copy tool that buries people in output gets abandoned. We designed a modular interface where every copy type can be previewed, stored, and swapped with minimal friction, so the user curates instead of drowning.
The second challenge was generational. Bubble was the right call for a fast MVP, but as the product grew the team decided to move away from no-code platforms, and the platform migrated to Webflow with a custom frontend. Validating cheap first and rebuilding on traction is the sequence we recommend, and here it played out exactly that way.
Development Time
The initial MVP was completed and launched within weeks to validate the idea. Rapid iterations followed, then a full rebrand from Copywise to Persuva based on market feedback.
Impact or Outcome
The AI copy generator launched on AppSumo as Copywise and quickly gained traction with its dropshipping audience. After niching down and rebranding as Persuva, the product raised $200K in its first investment round in 2024. It is live today at persuva.ai.
My Role & Value
Our role was deliberately scoped: we built the MVP and crafted the core UX structure, including the first full UI redesign for clarity, speed, and conversion focus. This is our AI integration work at its highest-leverage point, wiring OpenAI into a product flow that non-technical users can trust. When the team went fully custom-code, development moved in house, while the early foundation we shipped accelerated the go-to-market timeline and set the design direction the product still builds on.
